Rewards are a game mechanic, not an investment return. Payouts are tokenized stocks with jurisdictional restrictions — U.S. persons cannot buy them from the issuer, and you are responsible for whether you may lawfully hold them. FishBroker is not affiliated with any named company, exchange, or issuer.
What this is
FishBroker is a token game on Solana. Buying $FB enrolls your wallet in a mechanic where a 4% trading tax on $FB funds distributions of tokenized stock to holders. A real goldfish — a live animal oracle — selects which of six stocks each round pays out by dwelling in its zone. Interacting with the token or app means you agree to these terms.
The rules are the rules
The published mechanics are binding: six stock zones, a ~12-second dwell to arm a trigger, a 15-minute cooldown, balance × hold-time (TWAB) weighting, and the 80% holders / 20% treasury split. Which stock pays out is decided by an unpredictable physical process — the fish. No outcome is promised or tailored to any holder.
No guarantee of any payout
Payouts depend on collected taxes, executable Jupiter swap routes, liquidity in the target stock, and working infrastructure. If a swap can't execute safely, the pot rolls forward; if infrastructure fails, rounds extend. Rewards are a game mechanic — not a dividend, not interest, not yield, and not an investment return.
Stock Tokens are securities with restrictions
Payouts are tokenized stocks (“xStocks”) issued by Backed Finance / Backed Assets (JE) Limited — economic exposure only, with no ownership, no voting, and no claim on any underlying company. Persons in the United States and other restricted jurisdictions cannot purchase xStocks from the issuer, and your ability to hold or dispose of received tokens may be limited by your local law. You are solely responsible for your own eligibility; distribution to your wallet is not advice that you may lawfully hold it.
No affiliation
FishBroker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Backed Finance, Solana, Jupiter, Meteora, any listed company (Apple, Tesla, Nvidia, Microsoft, Amazon, or any S&P 500 constituent), or any issuer or exchange. Tickers (AAPLx, TSLAx, NVDAx, MSFTx, AMZNx, SPYx) are used descriptively. All mascots and artwork are original characters.
Animal welfare
The fish's wellbeing overrides the game. Operations pause for the fish's care, rest, and health; a welfare pause delays rounds and never confiscates accrued fees, which roll forward.
Risks you accept
Token-2022 transfer-fee and smart-contract risk, Jupiter routing / swap failure, thin liquidity and adverse fills, total loss of value of $FB, regulatory change, key-compromise risk, and the tax consequences of receiving tokens. The system may be paused for safety; a pause delays, and never confiscates, accrued fees.
Prohibited conduct
Sybil manipulation of the holder-weighting, exploits against the token, keeper, or indexer, and use by persons barred from holding the distributed assets under their local law.
Liability & changes
The game is provided as-is; to the maximum extent law permits, the operators' liability is limited to zero. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice. Rule changes never apply retroactively to a settled round, except safety measures (pause, extension, rollforward), which are themselves published mechanics.
